For Patient Clients Considering or Preparing for Surgery
Facelift Strategy & Recovery Support
Before, during, and after surgery, I help you navigate the process — from choosing your surgeon to preparing for recovery and getting the support you need afterward.
Before Surgery
Choosing a surgeon: Help thinking through what to look for, what to research, and what questions to ask.
Consultation preparation: Help you prepare for your consultations and develop questions specific to your goals and concerns.
Surgery & recovery planning: Help you understand what you'll need to arrange before surgery and prepare your home, schedule, transportation, and support system for recovery.
Provider connections: Help identify and connect you with additional providers and services that may support your recovery — such as post-op caregivers, nurses, lymphatic massage therapists, skin specialists, and other appropriate professionals.
After Surgery
Non-clinical, practical support when you need an extra set of hands.
Depending on your needs, this can include:
Staying organized with your surgeon's instructions — helping you keep track of appointments, recommendations, recovery milestones, and the many details that come with post-op care.
Transportation & appointment support — driving you to and from appointments and helping you stay organized around your follow-up care.
At-home recovery support — helping with meals, hydration, light household tasks, errands, and other practical needs while you focus on healing.
Help with everyday activities — assistance with the things you may not feel up to doing while you're recovering, such as preparing food, getting things you need, or managing your immediate surroundings.
A second set of eyes and ears — accompanying you when appropriate, taking notes, helping you remember what your provider says, and helping you formulate questions.
Companionship & reassurance — providing a calm, supportive presence during what can be an physically and emotionally demanding period.
Recovery logistics — helping coordinate the people, services, transportation, supplies, and other practical pieces that make recovery easier.
I work with you to work alongside—not in place of—your medical team.
For people considering or recovering from surgery, I help you prepare, ask better questions, navigate the process, and connect with appropriate resources and providers. When a question or concern requires medical expertise, I refer you back to your surgeon or appropriate clinical provider.
