I am Audra, a former U.S. Diplomat, a patient advocate and non medical post-operative concierge, based in Washington, D.C.

For two decades I designed high-impact, high-stakes strategic plans for governments and American businesses, projected major American investments, and navigated healthcare systems across four continents. That work taught me that even the BEST systems leave gaps- and the people inside them often need more time and support than any single provider can give.

That’s exactly what I saw happening in elective surgery.

Women making major medical decisions based on before and after photos (worse yet from influencers with no medical background) and a consultation that may last 30 minutes. In that room, it’s easy to go blank - the questions you prepared evaporate, the instructions and guidance blur. You walk out excited but not entirely sure if you are prepared. I’ve been the patient, I’ve been the advocate, and I have 20 years of experience building strategic plans, protecting investments and optimizing results.
